Scene unfolding machine V2 out!

Dear players,

As you know, SUM was for me and fortunately for many players a homebrew system that worked really well. As playtesting happens, and feedback is received, the idea of introducing "spectrums" as opposed to random, in those GM and NPCs tables was tempting.

For this reason, the main change of SUM V2, is basically re-ordering the GM and NPC tables, in a way that smaller bonuses (+0, +10) represent better disposition and cooler GM decisions, where higher bonuses (+20, +30) represent bad disposition, relucant NPCs and GM adding drops of tension and conflict in the scenes. Which bonus level to use will now be up to you (is there trouble around? does this NPC like you?) and so, making more consistent with your context, the behavior of your emulators.

Do check it out and let me know how it works out for you :) Have fun

Can you please add a credit card payment option? I won't ever use PayPal as it has cancelled independent journalists (e.g. Consortium News)

Ahh, I didn't know about that PayPal decision. Will have to research for alternatives. But in the meantime do feel free to download and play with SUM :) Have fun and if you like to share your thoughts too (bad or good)

Hi, great work as usual. Just a little typo on page 1: SS (scene score) should be SR (spectrum range) now. And in NPC action table the AS is not exolained any more. Sorry I cannot give more substantial contribution right now but I'm not an expert. I want to try it soon but time and real lifebis an issue right now.

Thank you Steve, good catches!!! Will fix briefly
