Dear PUM Companions, another round of improvements and refinements!

Improvements

• Show "Advance plot" when a plot beat is confirmed (can be disabled)
• New setting "Use bigger fonts" increases log and journal font size
• Header 1 log entries are now centered and made bigger
• Speaker portraits are no longer shown if speaker has default image
• Game image now shows bigger when loading the game cinematic
• Bundled oracle rolls have now harmonized paragraph format
• Table rolls now allow \n characters to add paragraph breaks

Bugfixes

• Disabled pinch to zoom out in PDF editor to avoid issues
• Fixed centered text under images that should not be
• Increased line height for themes Neoflow and Horizon
• App no longer asks for Microphone permissions until enabled
• No longer showing default speaker image in cinematic views
• Pressing or tapping the submit icon with mouse no longer ignored
• Fixed bundled oracles reroll not working in loaded games
