PUM Companion Linux update

Dear LINUX Companions, a bit of a techie post,

Makes me happy to share that in Linux we stand strong united :) PUM Companion now packages in reliable formats Flatpak and snap

This should make the app work universally well across different distributions, and becomes and installable application, with a a proper launcher and icons. Most distributions should handle these file formats out of the box, but if in doubt, CLI installation would be respectively:

For Flatpak (most systems)

flatpak install ./pum-companion_1.7.1_Linux_x86-64.flatpak

or Snap (Ubuntu, mainly)

snap install --dangerous ./pum-companion_1.7.1_Linux_amd64.snap

(The dangerous parameter is funny, I know. It is because you retrieve the package from outside the Snap Store)

or linux binaries

unzip ./pum-companion_1.7.1_Linux_binaries.zip -d ~/pum

Over time I may decide removing one of these formats to lower the maintenance effort, but any feedback welcome.

Best regards
