A few QoL improvements, mostly for small screen devices

Fixes

• Main menu gives more space for showing game cards
• Corrected game cards progress bar colors
• Game setup gives more space for plot nodes and characters
• Adding plot nodes and characters scrolls down to bottom
• Accommodated character portrait to the side of the name
• Fixed color issues in tooltips and other areas
• Plot nodes panel no longer collapses after deleting nodes
