Dear all, PUM players!!!

Fear not, no gameplay changes. This version is one of my first attempts to break the page limit rule, and take the space to actually explain, as good as I can, how the Plot Unfolding Machine works. Instructions, advice and more examples. Some notable changes:

• Two extra pages of general Solo and GMLess advice
• Clarified the stages of PUM (Scene Setup, PC Mode, ask questions)
• Added examples for all PUM Scene Designer elements
• Optional Rules: Plot Score, Scene die, Wild dice, Expecting Trouble and SUM
• Plot Score has now concrete criteria instead of only score yourself
• Re-arranged tables to match the explanation order and flow
