Dear PUM players!

After the "final" version of PUM v8, I got an amazing set of 6 community-played games with PUM, including one duet-coop campaign. From there, lots and lots of feedback was collected like never before (special thanks to BapKing, giorgis, and Drakon-RBI!).

I could not let such feedback go wasted, so I felt compelled to update the revision for what we agreed wasn't working great:

• Improved instructions, added missing oracles details, and a new "Advice" page
• Added a new optional rule called disruption die (a chaos die in your oracle rolls)
• Revisited Modified Proposals so they are more meaningful
• Fixed and re-done the Quantifier oracles so they take a baseline
• Revisited the expanded oracles for much better evocative results

That's it! Keep in mind, I updated this already in FoundryVTT, Play by the Writing and Tabletop Simulator!
Enjoy - and yes, I really mean this to be a final version now. From there, it is all about playing-playing-playing.
