Next to "Game Mechanics" you say "(by rolling 1d16)", I think you mean rolling 1d6...

You mean you *don't* have a 16-sided die yet? Slacker.
Thankfully you can emulate one with 1d8 and a coin
Or 2d4, with one as tens and the other as ones.
That wouldn't really work, that would be between 11 and 44.

21 - 5
22 - 6
23 - 7
24 - 8
31 - 9
32 - 10
33 - 11
34 - 12
41 - 13
42 - 14
43 - 15
44 - 16
...is 16 possibilities, each equally possible.
